Free washers and dryers (2 each) makes quick work of laundry, and for EV drivers, a newly installed 40A Level 2 EV Charger ensures your car is topped off and ready for adventure!

***Note this unit has an Ecobee thermostat and we adjust it from an app as requested. The thermostat controls the entire building.

Lovely, well maintained place in the heart of Munising. It’s great to be able to walk to dining, boat tours and Mass after a long day of hiking. Very clean with everything you need for a base of operations at Pictured Rocks and Bruno’s Run.

The rental was clean, well-supplied, and comfortable. For us, the biggest impact was how walkable much of the town was from this location. Restaurants, breweries, even the Pictured Rocks cruise pier all just a short walk away. It was very nice to come back from long hikes in the morning, swoop into the rental for a nice refresh, then just walk back out into town to find some nice dinner or a refreshing beer.

Great location and well equipped unit, but we had a few issues here that took away from the comfort of our stay. First of all, the unit was freezing! We were informed that because the thermostat was in our downstairs unit and it controlled the whole building, it had to be set to 65. It wasn't every very warm outside! We were told to close the vents, but there were no vents in the living space, only in the bedroom and kitchen. Secondly, the refrigerator temp was off and despite being on the warmest setting, it froze everything we had in the fridge, including all the fresh produce we purchased. This definitely put a damper on our stay and meant we weren't eager to spend time there in the evening or cook a meal there.

Autumn Colors Tour

Neat and tidy, the location was close to hiking trails, waterfalls, and the Pictured Rocks boat tour. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a supermarket nearby, so we were happy to be able to make a few meals.

If you want an in-town experience- this is easy walking distance to many things. Small town. Not a busy street. Easy parking. Comfy bed, nicely stocked kitchen. We weren’t there during day as we were out on hikes and exploring. Good brewery and deli right across street.
