Holiday house Morena with pool is located in the small village Butori in green Istrian inland, 2km from Tinjan and 15km from Porec and its beaches. The semi-detached house is located on its own 3800m2 enclosed plot with well-kept lawn and offers its guests parking for several vehicles, private 28m2 pool with sun loungers, shower, covered summer kitchen with dining table and a barbecue. There is also a table tennis, a swing and badminton court. The landlord lives next to a separate part.
The holiday house with a 160m2 living space on two floors consists of a ground floor where there is a holiday apartment for 4-5 people and a separate double room with its own shower. In the 1st Floor is another apartment for 4-5 people.
The apartment on the ground floor has a living room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower / toilet.
The separate bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower / toilet is also on the ground floor by the pool.
The second apartment for 4-5 people is on the 1st Floor and offers a living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower / toilet and washing machine.
All rooms are air-conditioned and WiFi is available.
The Morena holiday home is ideal for one or more families and dogs are welcome.

Alles Perfekt

Wir wurden in der Agentur sehr freundlich begrüßt und zu unseren Gastgebern weitergeleitet. Dort wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und mit einer kleinen Brotzeit überrascht. Es war alles perfekt, die Räumlichkeiten groß und gut eingerichtet. Das beste aber war der Pool ( für unsere Enkel ) und die große Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Diese wurde jeden Tag von uns zum Frühstück und auch abends zum Essen benützt. Die Strände, wir haben 4 aufgesucht, sind nicht weiter als eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Diese Gastgeber sind auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Ein schöner familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Morena und ihre Mutter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit Leckereien verwöhnt. Für die Kinder war das Haus ideal, einzig das fehlende Tor zur Straße hat uns etwas verunsichert. Es fahren zwar nur selten Autos in der Straße, die dann aber leider doch sehr schnell. Ansonsten perfekt ausgestattet 👌 vielen Dank!
