10-minute drive to the Northgate entrance of the Air Force Academy. Plenty of hiking trails, fishing, and Colorado Springs activities close by. We are a short drive to Monument, Castle Rock, Pueblo, and Woodland Park. Lovely fenced backyard, with plenty of space for kids to run, with hot tub, grill, and string lighting! Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils to make your stay easy to cook for your group. We welcome longer stays with discounts. Free Wi-Fi.

Amazing place!

Everything was so clean and welcoming. Stocked with pantry items/paper goods, towels, etc. Easy to find and close to the attractions in Colorado Springs.

If you are headed to the Colorado Springs or Denver area, this home is the best! It is so spacious, well maintained, easy to find and the owners are so easy to work with!!! You will definitely find this home amazing!!!!!

Highly Recommend

We walked in to a very clean house, which is very important to me. Little extras to make our stay more enjoyable were provided. Everything was as it appeared in the online photos. Great communication with owner. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone visiting Colorado Springs or surrounding area.

Great home, great location, great owners!

We came to Colorado to drop our son off at the Air Force Academy and we absolutely enjoyed being so close to the North Gate. There were many conveniences close by like shopping, eateries and fun family entertainment. We wanted our son to feel like he was at home and not displaced, this home provided that and more. The hot tub was a welcomed retreat after his long workouts and relaxing place while grilling out back. The home was stocked with many essential items that made shopping for “extras” easy! We would definitely recommend this home for your stay! We hope to stay again!

Wonderful place to stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at your home. It was very clean with lots of nice extra amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped with spices and seasoning ( although we didn’t end up cooking this time), and nice appliances too. The hot tub was a fun bonus as the evenings and mornings were cool. The owners have really put a lot of thought and care into this home and it showed. The owners were very prompt in responding to any questions. Nice location that was easy to get around to our adventures. We have stayed in probably 7 different VRBO’s over the last few years and this was at the top of our list of favorites. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!
