This updated 20th floor unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a bunk room with almost 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a large breakfast bar. Coffee lovers will enjoy the option of making just a cup using the K cup coffee maker or a whole pot in the 12 cup drip coffee maker. The open concept living area offers ample, comfortable seating, a Smart TV with cable, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, Smart TV with cable and gulf views with an ensuite bathroom that has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, Smart TV with cable and another full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a bunk room, perfect for traveling with children. The living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.
