Charming renovated semi-troglodyte house located 20 minutes from the ZooParc de Beauval and in the heart of the Loire castles, its location in a cul-de-sac and access only on foot for a hundred metres allows you to enjoy a quiet stay 5 minutes from the village of Beauval. The garden offers on sunny days the possibility of having meals in the sun and why not a barbecue? The troglodyte part ensures freshness throughout the house at the height of summer, no need for air conditioning!
A professional obligation? The 2 equipped offices invite you to combine teleworking and relaxation. What could be better than enjoying the swimming pool or the beach on the Cher after a day's work? The adjoining hiking trail allows you to discover the village of Bourré and its needle dam. Don't hesitate, all you have to do is put down your suitcases, sheets and household linen are provided! Cleaning is included on departure, no need to worry about it!
