This spacious, modern, super clean, private space is amazing for a couple or possibly up to 4 people. It is a basement/condo., below another space. Has private entrance; 2 walkout doors to patio and large yard. It is 15 minutes from Red Rocks, 10 min. from Golden, 5 minutes from Green Mountain rec. space (Hike & Bike) and 3 minutes from the Curling Center. Upstairs person is owner and is a ceramicist, mountain biker, rock climber, artist.

I have been hosting VRBO's for several years now and I feel I bring a very solid professional attitude to the hosting personal property business. WE are Colorado natives and grew up in this area. Currently living in Gunnison Colorado, but come to the Denver area frequently to see family and we stay at this adorable super comfortable home.
Why they chose this property
We personally use this space for visiting our family in Denver and spent most of our Covid lock down in this space. We were so comfortable and happy here, we will likely never sell this property. It works so well for us. It is approximately 10 minutes from Denver, Golden, Red Rocks and 3 minutes from the curling center. Lot's of eateries and shopping a few short minutes away and last but not least near some mountain biking and lot's of hiking.
What makes this property unique
The uniqueness of this property is it's location!!!! It's perfect in our opinion!
