It offers ample free parking, fully equipped kitchen with Carrara marble countertops, red oak floors, full bathroom, washer/dryer. Large yard has a wood burning grill, outdoor table, firepit with Adirondack chairs, hammock. Bring your kayak/canoe - public boat landing on the gorgeous Ashley River is just two blocks away. There is a larger house on property in which owners reside.

Tiny getaway

Sweetest hostess you’ll ever meet. Lady was so kind. This is a true tiny house. People of larger stature may find it a bit confining.

Charming cottage for ultimate relaxation

My husband and I came to Charleston to visit family. This cottage was the perfect spot for us. It is located about 20 minutes from our family in Daniel Island. While the cottage is behind a house in a neighborhood, we felt like we were in a secluded forest. We would sit outside to eat our lunch or to read in the afternoon, and could only hear the sounds of nature. Mature trees surround the property so you don't see the neighborhing homes. The cottage is small but had everything we needed. We woould definitely stay here again.

Perfect tiny home

This tiny place is the perfect place for travelers with minimal needs. Even though everything we needed was readily available! The Super nice owner lives on site with plenty of privacy and great communication when we reached out. I am looking forward to returning again! Thank you Lada! We had a great stay!!

Clean and Convenient

This cottage is a super convenient location, and was very clean. Lada and Sam were excellence hosts; very kind and helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others!
