This very nice upstairs studio apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. No Pets, And regardless of what you smoke? No Smoking or incense burning inside please. There is a comfortable outside deck with a table, ashtray, lights, and outside stereo. This studio is equipped with a queen bed, hardwood floors, granite counters, a jacuzzi bathtub, full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a large 60-inch flat-screen TV, DVD Player, cable, WI-FI internet access, leather reclining couch, and leather reclining chair, full-size washer & dryer, laundry soap, fabric sheets, stereo, central heat & air, towels, sheets, 2 pillows, bedding, and outdoor uncovered parking.

The view is residential (nothing fancy) but this studio is a luxurious place in North Charleston. Sorry, but due to extreme differences in preferences for personal items (such as soaps, body washes, toothpaste, and razors) we do not supply these items.

Comfort & Convenience

In the area for a couple of days for women's tennis on Daniel Island, just across the bridge from N. Charleston, so super convenient, right off the interstate. Everything inside was spic and span, with complimentary wine and other welcome extras. Great communication checking in and during our stay, with a comfortable bed and cozy studio living area, a well-stocked kitchen, large bathroom, and laundry area. Will definitely stay again for future events in the Charleston area. Totally satisfied!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!

What a lovely place, driving up I was skeptical, but once we opened the door I knew I made the right choice. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. We arrived late afternoon, to a bottle of wine and soda in the fridge. Crisps and biscuits on the dresser and mints on the bed made it feel so homely. We stayed for 14 nights and halfway through Tony cleaned the apartment, changed the bedding, and restocked the snacks, fridge, and wine. We will rebook when we visit our daughter again, this was value for money and the extras made it worth it. Thank you, Tony, we appreciate everything you did.

Excellent vacation lodging

This was the best VRBO we have stayed in. The studio was spotless and very nicely appointed and furnished. The host has thought of the guests in every way with many amenities that made the stay seamless, such as coffee creamers, spices, and all necessary kitchen items, for example. He was attentive to details and made himself available for any questions or concerns. Location is easy access to main travel routes. While the neighborhood is not upscale, it is a safe, quiet neighborhood and the apartment could not have been any better! Highly recommend.
