This very nice upstairs studio apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. No Pets, No Smoking, No Incense Burning. This studio is equipped with a queen bed, hardwood floors, granite counters, shower/bathtub, full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a 30-inch flat-screen TV, cable TV, WI-FI internet access, leather couch, full-size washer & dryer, laundry soap, fabric sheets, surround sound for stereo, central heat & air, towels, sheets, pillows, bedding, and outdoor uncovered parking and a small balcony with a bench.

The view is residential (nothing fancy) but this studio is a luxurious steal in Charleston. Sorry, but due to extreme differences in preferences for personal items (such as soaps, body washes, toothpaste, and razors) we do not supply these items.

This place was PERFECT for our weekend getaway for Luke Bryan and visiting friends, central location to everything in Charleston, awesome place with a thoughtful host that clearly goes the extra mile for his guests.
