With a king bed in the master, King in BR #2, two full beds in BR #3, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, Phoenix III 3031 can accommodate up to 10 guests. Parking is paid separately upon arrival to the complex from the front desk (2 vehicle max). Per HOA, cost is currently $55 per vehicle (subject to change without notice).

My husband and I decided to take my son to orange beach for his 2nd birthday! The condo is well decorated and renovated. We enjoyed the views from the spacious balcony.
