The property with perfect for me and my family. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and close to the beach. The third night the lock box had a malfunction. We got locked out and the owners were very easily contacted and got us back in the condo very quickly, which was much appreciated. Would stay again.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The heated pool and hot tubs were perfect for the cooler weather. The beach was clean and uncrowded. The home was the perfect size. One plus was the elevator to the second story which really helped with packing and unpacking.

Perfect place for family stay. Kid books were a great touch. Super responsive to questions. Loved view. Walk to beach was a little difficult due to disability. Definitely would book again.

The property is in an excellent location between two beach walkovers, making it convenient to get to and from the beach. There are signs of wear and tear on parts of the property's exterior and on some appliances (refrigerator and grill), but the property was very clean. The seaweed and rain severely limited our time on the beach, but that is no fault of the host. However, it is something to consider before spending this much per night on a beachside property. The property management company does a great job of communicating and ensuring check-ins and check-outs run smoothly. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place to view the Gulf and close enough to see the sunrise every morning on the beach. We encountered a few glitches, but either Mary Alice or Linda were very prompt in meeting our needs. The accommodation was spacious and we were supplied with all the necessities we needed for our stay. We appreciated the fact that there were few visitors so we were able to enjoy peace and quiet during our visit. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Great condo on the beach!

The condo is clean. The layout provided plenty of space for our family. The walk to the beach is short and we were also a short walk to the beach club. Overall a great place to stay!

Great spot!

We had a great trip. The condo was beautiful, modern, and clean. Great view of the ocean from the patio. Plenty of space for four adults and four young kids. Beach access was close and both pools were a quick cart ride away.

Beautiful Condo

This was a comfortable rental with modern furniture and decorations. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was perfect for an extended family holiday vacation. Will definitely be back.

Lovely Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a family vacation- 3 generations. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and very clean with easy access to the beach. Linda and MaryAlice made check-in and check-out so easy. Communication was great, they respond immediately if you have a question-very attentive. We look forward to returning next year.

Fabulous stay with family

This is our second year in a row for a family vacation. Everyone loves it. The condo feels like home the second we walk in. Linda and MaryAlice respond so quickly to any questions. They made our stay completely carefree. We look forward to returning next year.
