About the host

Nick and Kaylee Kloster both originate from the cold-winter state of North Dakota, but have spent their life together primarily in Colorado. Kaylee's travel itch has always been impossible to "scratch" and after a few years of convincing, Nick jumped on board too. The past 10 years together Nick and Kaylee have been working full-time jobs and flipping houses to acquire rental properties, which allows them to travel as much as possible. After 1.5 years of traveling in their fifth wheel they were ready to buy a house in warmer weather in hopes to escape winters in years to come. Their two fur babies, Schmity & Nelly, rule their lives and must be the most traveled dogs in the world! The pups go everywhere and that is how they like it!
Why they chose this property
On a cross-country camping excursion, Nick, Kaylee and their two dogs came across a charming town, Venice, Florida! They spent only three weeks in the area during January 2021 but had really just left their home state of Colorado a few months before and weren't ready to commit to any area just yet. They spent the next year traveling the country in their camper exploring beautiful parts of the USA. There were times they were ready to purchase a home in Idaho, Montana, Michigan and other places, but after traveling back to Florida in late 2021 they were drawn back to Venice. In January 2022 they submitted an offer to purchase a house in South Venice, it was miraculously accepted and here we are! Our love of the quaint town, shark tooth hunting, beaches, and recreation in the area made us fall in love with 551 Zephyr. We hope you can enjoy it as much as we do!
What makes this property unique
We love this quiet neighborhood because its full of HUGE trees, many designated Canopy Streets, tons of character with easy and close access to the Venetian Walkway Path that leads to beaches, downtown Venice and so many fun places! The house...we love that too! Its quaint but has plenty of room to enjoy time together, while still creating spaces to spread out and relax. Tons of gear to utilize and recreate in this incredible area of SW Florida!
