First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one king-size bed (180×200) with sea view
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha.

Outside:
- A 15 m² terrace adjoining the kitchen, facing south/east
- A 22 m² terrace on the first floor with sea views, facing south/west.
Both terraces benefit from sea views and furniture to make the most of fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
