Upon arrival, we first noticed trash left in the trashcan in the garage and it stunk. There is a sliding glass door in the living room that was unlocked and open which I did not like seeing this when we first got there. My husband had to go outside and slam it shut and then I locked it from the inside. It didn't close easily and there was a stick that was supposed to help keep it shut, but it didn't stay in place. When using the downstairs toilet you have to jiggle the handle afterwards to keep it from running. The WIFI doesn't reach upstairs well so you have to keep reconnecting to it. The Roku doesn't work in the upstairs TV, therefore you can't use the upstairs TV and we never found the remote to it either. I messaged the manager of this condo three days before we arrived and asked if I needed to bring laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels? She said that there would be some in the condo but wasn't sure how much, which is perfectly fine. BUT this should have been a reminder to her to let me know that the washer was broke. Instead, I found out when I went to use it. There was a piece of tape stuck to the top that said "Broken 7/6, do not use". Our stay was 8/5-8/12 and I have had this place booked for months. I was told I could use the laundry mat in town. If I had known this I would have packed more. I did get refunded for the laundry mat money but this doesn't excuse poor communication. I hope the owners are aware of this.
