Stay and relax in our 3 bedroom house with a large heated, attached hang out area, including a hot tub, pool table, a nice spot to watch the game. Or step outside to our beautiful fire pit to toast marshmallows in the large back yard.

Growing up in Lake City made for a great childhood. This house was my Grandparents and I bought it once they passed. My children and I lived here for several years until I met my husband and he swept me off my feet to our new home.
With this house being in our family for so long, instead of selling, I wanted to give others the opportunity to enjoy what I love so much.
Why they chose this property
Waking up to a family off deer bedding in the back yard, a fox playing in the tall grass, or a turtle walking to the next pond over is always an enjoyable and regular sight here.
What makes this property unique
We offer a bit of a different experience than a lot of vacation rentals in Lake City. We may not be right on the lake, but there is lots of room for outdoor activities. Our large heated gaming room is the perfect hangout spot all year long. Cozy up in the hot tub after a long day riding, fishing, boating, skiing or maybe wine tasting. Maybe you prefer to play some pool or cards while watching the game. Both is available along with much more.
