Praktisch, komfortabel

Wir waren mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie hier. Die Küche ist zwar chaotisch, aber echt gut ausgestattet (außer Müslischalen...), vier Balkone sind super, es gibt super Rolläden zum Verdunkeln und kühl halten, zudem eine Klimaanlage (die wir kaum genutzt haben). W_LAN war super. Einziges Manko für so eine große Wohnung: Nur ein Bad mit integriertem Klo ist für 5-6 Personen zu wenig.Die Lage zum Strand (ideal mit Fahrrad) ist super - v.a. zum freien Strand! Alles mit dem Fahrrad top zu erreichen.Verkehrslärm ist schon da - liegt aber auch an der Masse an Motorollern und Motorrädern, die ordentlich aufdrehen - selbst in dieser kleinen Straße.Empfehlung!!!! Wir würden wiederkommen.

Bedingt empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung war insoweit in Ordnung. Bekommt man ein Gefrierfach nicht mehr in der Küche unter, so dass man in den Keller muss? Im Wohnzimmer sowie in den beiden Schlafzimmmern gibt es inzwischen je eine Klimaanlage. Die haben wir anfangs auch gebraucht. Leider ist der Verkehrslärm von der Straße zu laut und in der Nachbarschaft wohnen drei Hunde, die vom Balkon aus jeden Vierbeiner anbellen. Das war zum Teil nicht auszuhalten. Insgesamt würden wir nicht nochmal die Wohnung mieten!

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren in der Unterkunft mit 3 Kindern. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und auch am Strand. Direkt in der Straße ist ein kleiner Spielplatz. Perfekt mit Kindern. Es könnte allerdings sauberer sein. Der Boden und Tisch waren nicht gewischt und das Geschirr war schmutzig. Auf dem Sofa lag ein Überwurf voller Flecken.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Keller befand sich ein abschließbarer Raum mit Waschmaschine und Gefrierschrank. Dort konnten wir unsere Fahrräder einschließen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Sehr nette und flexible Betreuung vor Ort. Die Lage ist gut und ein kostenloser Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es reichlich Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir hatten eine schöne Ferienwoche im Frühling.

Gepflegte und geräumige Wohnung in praktischer Lage

Wir haben die Wohnung für zwei Wochen gemietet. Sie war nicht 100%ig sauber, aber wir haben uns dennoch direkt wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Zum Strand sind es ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Nach Forte und Marina di Pietrasanta nimmt man besser Fahrrad oder Auto. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, man kann von hier aus alles machen: Strand (auch freier Strand), Ausflüge (Cinque Terre, Lucca, Florenz etc), wandern in den apuanischen Alpen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Alojamiento aceptable

El apartamento está aceptable,pero la limpieza escasea, no lo entiendo porque pagando 155€ para limpieza y un juego de toallas debería de haber estado mucho más limpio. El sitio es muy tranquilo.

Familientauglich und sauber

In der Beschreibung steht 1km zum Strand. Effektiv sind es zum öffentlichen Strand aber 1.5km. Parkplatz ist auf geschlossem, privaten Gelände. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas älter und darum sehr ringhörig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eigentlich alles. Wir reisten mit Baby und wollten darum früh zu Hause sein, am Abend. Auswärts Essen ist so nicht möglich, da die Restaurants alle erst zwischen 19.00 und 20.00 öffnen. Ausser Baden kann man nichts unternehmen: es hat keine Promenade mit Läden, kein Zentrum mit Läden, keine Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Man muss sich selber beschäftigen. Am Strand hat es sehr viele störende Verkäufer. Der ganze Ort ist sehr sauber. Kein Dreck und kein Gestank. Richtig schön. Die einzige Ausnahme ist der öffentliche Strand, da liegt sehr viel Müll rum und das wird leider nicht geputzt.
