Perfect spot for a family vacation

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! The communication from the host was outstanding—easily some of the best we've experienced with any VRBO rental. They were responsive, proactive, and made everything from check-in to check-out seamless.The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the neighborhood pool was fantastic. It was never crowded during our stay and was a great place to relax after spending time at the beach.The house was very comfortable, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept on in a vacation rental. The home was also well stocked with thoughtful extras, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and bikes.Families with young children will especially appreciate all of the baby gear, books, and toys that are available. We traveled with teenage boys, so we didn't need those items, but it was obvious the hosts have gone the extra mile to make families feel at home.Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect location

The location was perfect! The neighborhood pool was fantastic, especially when the littles needed breaks from the sand and saltwater. The house was a really good setup and space for our group.

The house was beautiful, well maintained and well decoratedWes explained everything thoroughly and made great suggestions to enhance our trip We rented a golf cart a pontoon boat and visited the beachThe pool was gorgeous and unfortunately too much to do and didn’t have a chance to swim! Dreamy FL Vacation spot

Beautiful large home 2 min from the beach in the sweetest little town on 30A in FL. Perfect place to rest, recharge and spend time with your family in the sun. Sand on the beach is like sugar and the property pool is a must see! Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

This property is fantastic and location is great. We had our small family in for the week and loved it. The pool is amazing and just a short golf cart ride from the beach. Wes did a great job with communication and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Family House

This property was a wonderful home with lots of space for a family. The rooftop terrace is absolutely wonderful and so relaxing. Fairly close to beach and shops. Great getaway.

Fall break

Property was beautiful and had more than enough space for our family of 7. Pool is huge and had access nearby to shops, places to eat, things to do and a beautiful beach within walking distance. Property was as described in listing and had everything we needed for a perfect trip.

This house is great! We had 6 adults with more than enough room. Amenities were on point. The host was very responsive to my requests. 2 mins by car or golf cart to the beach and good eats. It’s in a gated community and the evenings were very quiet and enjoyable. The pool is amazing, it’s huge! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great affordable place to rent in 30A! Would rent again!

Home Away From Home

This was a wonderful vacation experience! The home had all of the amenities that we were looking for. A VERY nice pool, close proximity to the beach, plenty of room in the house to spread out our family of 9, and an EV charger. The home was well kept, clean, secure, and in a gated community. The shared pool had plenty of room to spread out and feel like it was your own private facility. I would 100% stay here again when in the area!!

Best Family Vacation EVER!

This property was amazing! We had the best time! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their space and all of us to come together to spend time together. The kitchen is amazing with everything you need to prepare home quality meals! Beach! Pool! Literally the best!

Summer fun

First time to the Florida Pan Handle area. Property was good, convenient location walking distance to the beach/restaurants/coffee/liquor store. Weather didn't cooperate a couple days but, other than that had a great visit.

Everything was great!!!

One of our best family vacations ever! The house was absolutely perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Wes and Jessica truly thought of every detail, and everything went so smoothly from start to finish. The location was ideal—just a short, easy walk to the beach—and my grandkids couldn’t stop raving about the pool, calling it the best they’d ever been in. Beautiful Community

Everything about this home and location was exactly as advertised, and it was all meticulously cared for. We rented a golf cart and had it delivered and picked up from the house. This house was more well stocked than any other rental I’ve had- from the kitchen to the garage full of beach gear!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. The home is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. We rented a golf cart and were at the stunning pool almost every day. The beach is a short drive away. The owner was immediately responsive and communicated with us when we reached out. We had a minor issue with a propane tank being empty, but the owner very quick to reimburse us!! Lovely home. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Family vacation

This was a fabulous trip for our family of 8. Jessica could not have been more helpful. She provided us with all the information we needed to make this a wonderful trip. She always answered our questions right away. This house is amazing! It was immaculate, inviting and situated in a wonderful neighborhood. We spent every day at the pool (which is huge!) or the beach. Close proximity to Seaside and Rosemary Beach allowed us to see all of 30A. The beds are so comfortable and several outdoor living spaces are unique. We can’t wait to come back.

Not perfect, but pretty great!

The location was amazing. Short ride to the beach and less crowded than we expected, though it was September. Proximity to Publix and Walmart was very helpful too. The house wasn't clean but the hosts were responsive and made it right. The house had more than enough room for two families of four and was well-appointed. There were TONS of beach gear and toys but not many beach towels. None of the waterfalls were turned on at the pool so our kids were disappointed, but there was plenty of fun at the beach to make up for it. We'd stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!!

The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Our group consisted of 4 adults, some teenagers and 2 younger children and everyone loved it:) Very short drive to a beautiful beach and the pool was amazing! Short drive to a grocery store and a few decent restaurants, and only about a 30-45 min drive to the larger towns like Destin, where there was obviously tons of great shopping, places to eat, etc. We liked the smaller, more “country” feel to the area we stayed in, but also being close enough to the larger cities to go roam as we wanted to. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family, which we actually already have. We have another family that is booking this same property for this year just from seeing my wife’s social media posts/pictures and called to ask if we'd recommend it and send them the link:)
