Luxury awaits you at the Turquoise Place 1706C. Enjoy your stay in this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath spacious condo filled with everything you’ll need to have an awesome time. This condo sleeps 12 adults/children.

The kitchen is filled with everything you need if you love to cook. The five-burner gas stove, subzero fridge/freezer, oven with a warming drawer and microwave make it easy to whip up a fabulous meal no matter what you’re thinking. There’s also a coffee pot and Keurig, so you can make one cup or a whole pot to enjoy watching the view of the sunrise in the morning. There’s a stand-alone icemaker and wine/beverage fridge at the wine bar to accommodate all your needs.

The main bedroom has a king bed, tv and chairs to relax. With a large bath that includes a walk-in shower with multi body jet sprays and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes a king bed along with a love seat that pulls out for a twin bed. The bath attached has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes 2 double beds with a loveseat that also pulls out to a twin bed. This attached bath has a jetted tub. There’s also a half bath in the hall.

The laundry room contains a high-end front loading HE washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board and vacuum are also available.

The living area includes a sofa that pulls out to a sofa bed and a love seat, with extra chairs for all to sit and enjoy the view out of the floor to ceiling windows. There’s a big screen tv over the gas fireplace.

Walk out on the expansive balcony and you’ll see the reason you are there, 900ft of beautiful beach. Also, the gas grill for you to enjoy outdoor cooking with your family and friends. The unit does not have a hot tub but that just means the balcony is more spacious and you’ll have more room to enjoy entertaining and relaxing watching the sun rise and set over the beautiful blue water.

The amenities can’t be beat at the Turquoise. You never have to leave the resort to enjoy your time at the beach. With 2 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms, work out rooms, a new slide and splash pad, along with tennis and pickle ball courts, there is so much to do onsite. You can also enjoy the snack bar that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with cocktails if you choose. COME RELAX AND ENJOY YOUR STAY HERE AT 1706C.

Girls trip

A few things we had trouble with, but someone came promptly to address. I would recommend checking the outlets in all the rooms. Some were not working as electronics did not charge and things had to be moved around the unit to charge. Disappointed that the hot tub was not installed prior to arrival or during our stay. It seemed all units around us had theirs. That was one reason I came back to TQ place. Other than that, I / we enjoyed ourselves. The beach was great, weather was perfect as well as the water!

The couch and love seat need to be given to Goodwill and replaced with new furniture. The dinning room chairs as well. For a nice condo the furnishings were very subpar and worn out! We have stayed in Turquoise Place several times and I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness this time. There is black tar spots all over the pool deck, sidewalks, bar area,etc. saw several employees sitting in hallways next to cleaning carts with dirty windows nearby. Same with indoor pool with toliet in ladies room overflowing! Gross!

The stay was wonderful . The only bad experience was with check-in. The check in people were not friendly or helpful . We arrived about 15 minutes before checking time and , though we were a bit early we were made to wait till exactly check in time, 4:00, till we were allowed to check in

Deserted.

Fantastic accomodations. No one at the property first week at March. Lots of workmen around. They actually just walked into our condo one morning unannounced. Rained but facilities made up for that, especially the fitness center.
