The neighborhood is centrally located just off the main street in Fayetteville - College Ave. You will be right on the Razorback Greenway which is a paved and lit trail traveling from Fayetteville to Bella Vista. You are close to campus, Dickson street, Downtown and Uptown. Quick and easy access to I49 as well.
