~ Empty dishwasher & put clean dishes away
~ Please leave lanyards with amenity passes on kitchen counter. Sunset Island recycles the parking passes...you can leave them in unit and we will return them to the office. ~ Have a safe trip home!

Fun Ocean City Family Time

Great stay at our 3 Br condo. Well appointed, furnished and convenient location. We loved the community feeling, beaches and especially the pool. Very friendly, clean family oriented but not cheap. We will go back next year.

Very nice unit in a nice community

We loved staying here, the unit itself was clean and as-described. The community is nice, and the pools are clean and well managed. The indoor pool is especially nice on rainy days since most indoor activities are packed in Ocean City on those days. The only issue we had with the unit was that the knives were unusably dull.

Annual Family Beach Vacation

We have been vacationing in Ocean City for 40 years, but this is the first time staying at Sunset Island. And it was by far our favorite spot. The location is absolutely perfect. You get the quiet bayside atmosphere with everything you could possibly want to do right outside the gates. But honestly, you never really have to leave. The condo was perfect for our 4 kids-Tons of room for everyone. They enjoyed the private beach- especially the beachside service. The pizza is the BEST we have had in a long time! But if you want to venture out, there are a ton of restuarants and bars within walking distance and the bus stop is at the top of the street. It was perfect and we can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Relaxing week in a beautiful home

My husband and I enjoyed a nice week with our grown sons (27 and 23) and my 81-year-old mom. The condo was exactly as stated in the description/gallery. Plenty of room for all of us. The master bedroom has a very tall king bed and a very high toilet in the bathroom, which would be great for a handicapped renter. The condo was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. Easy access from the parking garage and the neighborhood was easy to navigate in. Everything is walkable. The outdoor pool was nice and it was great to have drink service poolside. We also visited the gym, which was very nice for a "development" gym. There is abundant parking and the neighborhood is clean, quiet and relaxing.

Great Facility, Great location = Great Vacation

We liked everything about the facility and its location. We really liked the idea of having the option to go to the beach at the ocean or the beach at the bay and also the indoor outdoor pool. Everything is walking distance and we would seriously consider visiting again in the future. Unfortunately for us the morning of checkout the fire alarm went off and se lost an hour of packing as we waited for fire department to arrive. Thank God everything was ok and there was no fire however to make matters worse the elevators were disabled and we had to lug our belongings down the steps in 90 plus degrees. We didn't need that prior to a long ride home. I could not give a 5 star as a result of this.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our week stay at this property. The Sunset Island facility was very clean and family friendly. Our kids enjoyed going back and forth between the bayside beach and pool area. Highly recommend this place!
