Ideal for discovering Rouen and the Normandy region as a couple, with family or friends.

Pretty little detached house freshly renovated, with its terrace, in a garden of an old private mansion. Quiet and residential area.

You will have:
- a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender.
Coffee, tea, chocolate, jam etc. will be at your disposal for your first breakfast.
- a dining area with everything you need for 6 guests.
- a bedroom on the ground floor with its 140/190 bed and its own washbasin area (iron available).
- a bedroom upstairs with a 140/190 bed and its washbasin area.
- a lounge area with a comfortable sofa that can be used as a fifth extra bed on request.
