Great week at the beach!

The condo was great. It is well maintained and very well supplied. We love our week at Perdido Key. The only issues was parking. There is only one parking pass for an 8 person condo. We were forced to park at a local business and our car was broken into. If this could be fixed we would definitely rent this again

Spring break 23

The beach chairs were great the lady doing them was great. The condo was clean and ready for us. Nice restaurant within walking distance.

We are Diane and Tom Vance. We live in the Houston, Texas area and purchased this condo because we fell in love with Perdido Key 40 years ago and wanted to have a place for family and friends to relax and enjoy the sugar sands of the Key. We have made several improvements to the condo without changing the laid back comfort of the existing warm Coastal Decor. We upgraded the kitchen inventory and added new dining room furniture, master bedroom furniture and new mattresses and televisions. We also added new bedding, towels and linens and there will be more updates to come. We want this condo to fullfill your every need and make you feel at home.
