This bright, 1-bedroom apartment in the east side of Hannover is nearby the tram stop Klingerstraße.
You can also find us via Bittens Datentechnik.
The main road leads to the Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (MHH). Also easily reached by bike.
it is 10 minutes by car to the fairgrounds (direct connection to the Messeschnellweg). It takes 50 minutes by tram.
Opposite the apartment there is a park and very close there is the forest of Hannover "Eilenriede".
The business self-catering apartment or if desired with breakfast in the hotel next door has a small kitchen, basic accessories (towels, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, etc.), Satellite TV, internet, Wi-Fi, and a hi-fi amplifier with Bluetooth connectivity.
For your convenience there is a large bed with a mattress of 160x200cm and a large leather sofa in the livingroom.
Thanks to its location you can quickly reach the trendy restaurants, bars and boutiques in the vicinity or in downtown, 10 minutes away.
Simple to park your car.
