In the combined living and sleeping area is a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Barbecue with a large terrace is available. First-time bed linen and towels, Internet Wi-Fi and parking are included.

Idyllic quiet location with view to the Korswandter forest directly at the golf course. In about 10 minutes walk you reach the lake (Wolgastsee), there are fishing opportunities, boat rentals, hiking trails around the lake, snack, restaurants, children's playground and recreational opportunities. In Korswandt there are restaurants, a skating rink and a bicycle rental. A direct bike path / hiking trail leads to 3 km away Kaiserbad Ahlbeck and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.
