Designer Abode...in the heart of downtown Steamboat

Be right in the action...STEPS OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR... farmers market, tubing, river, bike path, green park, breweries, eateries, 4th of July Parade, Howelson Hill, library, shopping and main street bus.

All Clad, Kitchen Aid, Viking Pots & Pans. Alkaline drinking water system (RARE in any rental!) Two TV's. Jacuzzi bathroom tub, Fireplace, Ceiling Fans and AC units in each room...this place was made for my visits, but hope you enjoy it too!

Note: Identical space going for $200 more per night in the same building. This space is a steal, (due to new management but time limited)

Bedroom 1 = King Size Bed
Bedroom 2 = Queen Size Bed below & Loft Bed has upgraded medium firm mattress (better comfort) wall to wall.

Great stay

We LOVED the property. The location was perfect for us - close to skiing, shops, bars, restaurants. The condo is so tastefully decorated and the kitchen houses any gadget you could need or want. It can get a little noisy at night (fun place across the street), but we thought a little noise at night was worth the location!

Great experience

The unit was really nice with a well-stocked kitchen. Great location in town. It was about halfway in between two bus stops, and it was an easy walk to either.

Nice place

Stayed here with a few friends for a long weekend getaway. It is a very well kept apartment with nice modern touches, clean and well stocked. Also, walking distance to several great restaurants and the water. I would definitely recommend!

Great apartment one block from the main street

Easy check in and parking for one car. Very clean and stylish property. Only downside was noise on Friday and Saturday night from the bar O'Neils across the street.

Property condition

Great location downtown, but linens were horrible, stained and dated. Cleanliness just ok. Few of the lights did not work. A/c is in room portable units which are extremely loud. Left one day early in our two day stay. Would not recommend this property.

So sorry for your experience! We are under new management and it sounds like the cleaners were slacking. Thank you for pointing this out. We do have a maintenance person on site who can replace such items and we are considering swapping the AC units to a ductless one. Noisy and hot

We stayed during the week and it was extremely loud from 8pm-10am. From the bar across the street to the snow plow every morning at 4 am. I barely got any sleep. Also, it was insanely hot every night. I tried to turn down the thermostat, but it didn’t change the temp. The fans didn’t work in the master bedroom. Strange, but they also requested that we didn’t use their towels, so we had to go buy towels

Hmmmm. So sorry for your experience. We are under new management and we do have an on call maintenance person to help. The fans have always worked but their remote can be confusing as it must coordinate with the wall switch. Not sure what was going on with the towels, but they are always provided for our guests. Regardless, we appreciate your feedback and if you choose to give us a try one more time, please reach out! We'll make it right!

Underwhelming

There was garbage in the garbage can, debris on the rug in the bathroom, and overall, the place didn't feel clean. Also, there were 2 air conditioning units that were added since the pictures of the place were taken. Great to have cooling, but the unit in the bedroom prevented the shade from coming down, and took up too much room in a small space. There is very little room/storage in the bathroom even for 2 people. Also, the water/ice in the fridge was not hooked up. When I emailed the property manager about that, I did not get a response.

Hello! I am so sorry for this experience. We are under new management and hope to resolve any discrepancies in what should be a perfect experience. The cleaning does not sound acceptable. We are installing curtains in addition to the horizontal shades already there. The bathroom vanity does have two large empty drawers as well as shelves behind the door specifically for guests toiletries. The fridge is a GE Cafe and does provide water and ice and is fed by the reverse osmosis system under the sink where there is an additional water spigot. Filtered water systems are a rarity in any rental and are glad to provide this. However, we are so sorry for you experience and truly desire to address any concerns, Thank you for sharing them.

Hot Springs Get-a-Way

I went to Steamboat with my adult children. Shopping and resturants where within walking distance. We hiked to see a nearby waterfall. Then walked through Yampa River Botanic Park, which was exceptional! Spent an late afternoon at the nearby hot springs. The condo we rented was beautifully appointed, comfortable and right in the heart of town. I highly recomend staying there.

Clean downtown location

Had a great time staying here, was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do (except ski). Being downtown there was a little bit of street noise as people leave bars later at night, but the location was worth a bit of noise.

I love mountain towns! And LOVE cooking. And love CLEAN things. I don't like outdated 70s decor and scratched to death flimsy nonstick pans even if in a good location. This place was made for ME, but really for YOU, since i'm rarely able to be there. But i love to host! So hope you can appreciate the space like I do.

I went to art school in NYC. I LOVE being in the heart of all the action. I LOVE the fact that you can stumble out of bed and be at the farmers market in a 1 minute stroll.
