Ein schönes Objekt. Leider waren Hundehaare im Haus was weniger schön war. Lage war Ok. Gut das wir Fahrräder mit hatten.

Positiv:• kleiner Garten, umzäunt• generell gute Raumaufteilung• schöne Lage• schöner Hundestrand in der NäheNegativ:• kein W-LAN• schlechter Service der Verwaltung!• Es war sehr dreckig, kaputte Möbel, verstopfte Dusche, lose Lampe, lose Vorhänge an den Terrassentüren, tropfender Wasserhahn in der Küche sobald die Nachbarn Wasser anmachen, Blutflecken an derWir haben die Mängel direkt am nächsten Tag, als das Verwaltungsbüro geöffnet hatte gemeldet. Keine Einsicht, keine Entschuldigung. Sie bestanden darauf im Recht zu sein, denn eine vorherige Grundreinigung fand statt - das diese mangelhaft war, ist egal.2 Damen haben dann wenigstens die ganzen Mücken und Blutflecken im Schlafzimmer entfernt. Der versprochene Hausmeister, der den Rest reparieren sollte, kam nicht. Es hieß er habe vergeblich versucht bei uns anzurufen. Es gab aber kein Anruf auf unser Handy. Unsere Nummer war dem Büro bekannt.Sehr enttäuschend. Zum "Glück" hatten wir nur ein Wochenende gebucht. Nach dieser Erfahrung haben wir recherchiert und mussten leider zu spät feststellen, dass wir kein Einzelfall sind und viele mit dieser Verwaltung "Strand 18" Probleme hatten und gleich schlecht behandelt wurden.

Karlshagen

Die Fenster/Terrassentüren müssen dringend korrekt eingestellt werden. Matratzenbezüge müssen viel öfter gereinigt werden. Haus hat keine Rauchmelder in den Schlafräumen. Es gab einen zweiten Schlüssel nur auf Nachfrage und gegen Kaution. Es gibt keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, daher viele Mückenstiche eingefangen. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche tropft häufig nach.

Am liebsten selbst besitzen.

Hervorragendes sehr hübsches und nett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Bad, Küche, Dusche und Flur Geschmackvoll und sinnvoll gestaltet. Schlaf und Wohnraüme konfortabel. Lediglich eine Uhr und ein kleines Radio fehlten. Radio über den Fernseher finden wir nicht schön. Auch das, bei der Buchung für nächsten Sommer, avisierte W-lan ( lange vor dieser, die spontan und zum kennenlernen war, weshalb wir die Ausstattung nicht mehr expliziet studierten) fehlte etwas überraschend. Kabel hing noch abgeklemmt im Flur.
