Charming lakehouse on Lake Lanier with easy walk to the water

This picturesque lakehouse is short drive from Atlanta on the south side of Lake Lanier, across the water from Lake Lanier Islands. It has a spacious double level dock on deep water. The lakehouse sits as close to the water as possible. There is one covered boat slip and room to tie up two other boats on the sides of the dock. The dock sits in a pictureque protected cove on Lake Lanier. The property is quiet, surrounded by trees with an easy short walk to the dock. There is a canoe, paddleboards and multiple life jackets to enjoy the water. Or you may want to rest on the many comfortable chairs on the upper level of the dock. The views are amazing from there across the water. The property is very convenient to Atlanta and is within a 15 minute drive to the Mall of Georgia, The Bowl at Sugar Hill and Lake Lanier Islands Resort.
