Great place - great communication and service

We were there for a short weekend trip with a group of family and friends. Place was great with good sleeping arrangement for a group and pool table and upstairs rooftop with TV, great hang out spots when not out on the town. Had a small electrical problem but was easily able to fix with communications from manager. Everyone had a great time.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing and was a nice place to stay during our trip to Nashville. The location was convenient, and overall we enjoyed our time there.There are a few housekeeping and maintenance issues that the rental company should address. Upon arrival, it appeared that dusting had not been done, the showers were not thoroughly cleaned, and several mirrors still had smudges and residue. There is mold in the master shower light fixture, the right sink in the master bathroom drains very slowly, and a few light bulbs need replacing, including the light in the bathroom near the kitchen, the hallway light near the washer and shower area, and several lights on the rooftop deck.I would also like to offer a few suggestions for future guests. This condo has four floors, which means climbing four flights of stairs throughout your stay. While that wasn't a problem for everyone in our group, it may be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. There is also a raised area in the hallway that creates a trip hazard and should be clearly marked with bright tape or another visual warning.The rooftop deck was one of our favorite features of the property. It was a great place to relax and spend time together, especially in the evenings. Adding a portable heater or two would make the space even more enjoyable during cooler weather, as it became a little chilly after the sun went down.Unfortunately, my daughter's car was broken into while pa
