This place is great. Centrally located to get to a lot in Lancaster. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. I thought street parking might be an issue but we always found a spot. We even got some time in the hot tub! Kathy was the best to work with, will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Visited several small towns thru out Lancaster. Kathleen’s place was quite charming, very clean and supplied above what is expected. We’re several seniors who found the steps a challenge, other than that one draw back the stay was lovely and we would recommend her services.

We would be honored to host you at Urban On Franklin. This home has been loved by our family and we hope you will love it as well.

We have 3 children, Cianna Kate, Zander Jack, and Haven Isabella. Matt is part of his family's construction business and I enjoy being a stay at home Mom since recently selling our cafe in Downtown. Being in the cafe industry for 10 years played a huge part in our love for hospitality.

Why they chose this property

After moving out of our home, we spent some time and lots of energy renovating Urban On Franklin to make it a memorable and enjoyable place for our guests to enjoy. Matt is an excellent craftsman and can do almost anything himself when it comes to reno and construction. I (Kath) got to do the finishing touches to make the home comfortable and inviting.

What makes this property unique

The master bathroom shines as a favorite room for many guests. The beds and linens are some of the most comfortable you'll find. You may not want to get out of bed.
