BRECKENRIDGE, COLORADO, Winter Red Ski Week, March 7th - March 14, 2026. TWO-BEDROOM CONDO (Two Bedrooms with a possible complete Third Bedroom STUDIO Lockout). (Saturday to Saturday). Located in the Magnificent Grand Timber Lodge, which is loaded with Amenities. (Indoor and Outdoor Pools and jacuzzis, Arcade, Theater, Restaurant and Bar on Premises, Christy's Sports Rentals on Premises, Gym, Spa, plus much more.).

This specific listing (2679033) is being rented as a two-bedroom unit that sleeps six and includes one Master Bedroom with a private Bath/jacuzzi tub and shower, a second private bedroom with a full bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry machines, and private balcony. (Rental cost for the week = $450 per night (Monday-Thursday), $550 per night (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)or $3450 for the week). (Seven Day rental provides a 10% discount).

This unit can also be rented as a unit that sleeps ten if the connected STUDIO lock-out is still available. This requires a separate rental - See VRBO property listing 2686480, as this lockout is connected to the two-bedroom unit or can be rented separately. When combined, the unit sleeps a total of 10 people.

The additional attached (Studio Lockout) that sleeps four includes a double bed with a pull-out sofa, private bathroom, and built-in Kitchenette with laundry machines on-premises, and includes all amenities. (The cost for the Studio Lockout is $300 per night (Monday- Thursday) and $400 per night on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Or $2400 for the week - see separate listing (2686480). The three-bedroom combines both units together (two-bedroom + Lockout). The cost for both units for the week is $5850, plus a $200 cleaning fee per unit. Units must be reserved separately.

Outstanding experience for a great week away with my brother!

Grand Timber Lodge holds a special place in our hearts from trips this year and years prior. This year stands out especially both because of the fantastic unit we were in (131 in the main building, 2 BR) and the outstanding attentiveness of our host Rev. Msgr. Louis Marucci. GTL is a terrific property with wonderful amenities on premise (e.g., pools, hot tubs, bar/restaurant, concierge, more) and ski in/out access to Breck. We used the quick trail to Snowflake every morning to get us to a happy mid-mountain place from which we traversed up and left to 9 or right to 7,8,6 and the end of day return run right to the lockers. Our unit was very clean, and comfortable, clearly refinished recently (carpeting, couch) with a nice balcony view of the pool and hot tub. I hope we're able to have the same opportunity in 2024!!

This unit is part of the magnificent Grand Timber Lodge and is loaded with amenities. I usually ski with the BOEC (Disabled Ski Program) but due to covid related issues this year I am unable to visit Breckenridge this year.
