Memorial Day Weekend

We (couple in late 50's) brought our adult kids and their spouses (ages 26 - 39) and our grandkids (8 and 11 months) spent 5 nights at this property. It was perfect for our group, with lots of space for everyone, and lots of fun games and activities at the house. The house is in a great location for all of your Estes Park activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 older kids. We had such a fun time. There was plenty to do just in the house and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location and Experiance

Our Friend group really enjoyed this property. Basketball/pickelball court, enough seating for 8, all while elk herds walk through the yard and neighborhood everyday. We had a great time and would stay again.

Winter family getaway

This house was amazing. Great location, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds. We had 6 people and it was comfortable. The infinity game table and 2 other gaming units was a hit!! Would definitely consider this house again when visiting

Nice home for a mini vacation.

Everything was great except check in i had to message the property owner to send me the code to go in the house i sent the message at 4pm i didn’t get a response till 5:00pm so we ended up checking in till that time. Other than that the house is super clean we had a great time and we all felt super comfortable.

Our experience was reasonable. The accommodations were spacious and met our needs. However, the bed mattresses were subpar. Also, I received no response from the property management company after 3 calls in the same day. We found work arounds for not having sufficient towels and toilet paper.

Spacious

Very spacious, lots of room for 7 adults. Clean, nice big beds, living spaces, bedrooms. Super large kitchen table. One person slept on the brand new sleeper sofa in a common area and then there were four other beds. No air conditioning but it wasn't an issue at all after we opened a few windows and cooled it down. Only gave four starts because it could use some attention to detail in regards to the necessities (ie. more towels, toilet paper and dishwasher pods - especially for a group staying for 5 nights.) Also communication was lacking, no response from property manager to multiple messages.

Great location - missing some essentials

First, the manager allowed my daughter to check in with her one year old 2 hours early so she could nap (that was greatly appreciated). However, the "fully stocked" kitchen is missing several necessities: cookie sheets, rolling pin, storage containers, baggies, etc. There's only one stock pot so cooking for 8 people was difficult. They had a tiny bottle of dishwashing liquid, a couple of trash bags, a tiny bottle of laundry detergent and a few dishwashing pods. We ended up purchasing more of all of those. There were 12 towels for 8 people to use over the course of 5 days (plus hot tub usage) so we had to do laundry (with very little detergent). There are like 12 pot lights and only 2 had light bulbs in them. Of the three bathrooms, each had something broken. Upstairs, the shower handle is broken. In the basement, the handle in the shower that controls temperatures comes off; and on the main floor, the handle in the bathroom sink is broken. The property was clean and the neighborhood is nice. We had a whole herd of deer walk right up to our porch. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper and be prepared to make a lot of trips to Dollar General for essentials.

Perfect location, perfect house for teens!

We stayed for a week in June with our kids (13 to 21). Location was perfect for doing hikes and drives at RMNP and other local activities. Plenty to do at the house at the end of the day with the pickleball court, hot tub, and game room. We’ve stayed at lots of VRBOs the last few years and this one was wonderful - pictures are accurate, house was clean and well stocked (had plenty of laundry soap, Dishsoap, and toiletries). The hosts were very helpful with questions and suggestions for restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent Estes

Our multi-generational family stayed in Estes Park for 3 nights. We liked the location of the house, as it was approximately 2 miles to downtown Estes Park & 5 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. The photos show an accurate visual description of what you will find.We liked having keypad entry, access to a covered front porch, hot tub & garage. We did not use the fire pit or pickleball court.Each "family" had their own separate floor for privacy in the bedrooms & bathrooms. The house has AC, but my only suggestion, if possible, is to add a ceiling fan to the upper bedroom to help circulate the air.The main level had a large living room & dining room for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with every day essentials, along with cleaning supplies in the adjacent laundry room.The game players in our family enjoyed the lower level video game room & the youngest had fun playing with the supplied toys, books, & coloring books.Thanks to Paul for the awesome "welcome" gifts!

Beautiful Getaway

Wonderful house, great location

This house was perfect for us for a quick weekend trip to see Rocky Mountain National Park. The house had plenty of room, the beds were super comfortable, and there were lots of fun things to do there. I also appreciated that the host provided plenty of little things like trash bags and laundry/dishwashing detergent, as well as coffee! We had a great time and would stay here again.

Family Fun House and Great Location

We had so much fun enjoying all the family games. Each day after hiking - we would come back and everyone just wanted to stay at the house and enjoy all the games and cook on the grill. The beds were super comfortable and appreciated the central air in the summer. I loved the location. We were 6 min drive to town and short drive to the entrance of the park. Yet tucked back off the road In a nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again for sure!

Great family home!

We had so much fun here! We had 17 people of all ages staying in the area and we could easily host them all for meals and play. With pickle ball, basketball, a hot tub, and a terrific game room, all ages were happy! The free parking garage by Estes Park Visitors Center was minutes away and we enjoyed all the river walk has to offer, plus hiking in the mountains. The owners even provided local foods as a gift. We would definitely come again!

Great location to Rocky Mountain National Park

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Close proximity to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and a short drive to downtown Estes shopping area. We saw wildlife from the property….deer, Elk and even had a rare visit from a Black Bear. Also saw a Moose cross the road on a trip into town. Estes Park is a beautiful place!

Great place with lots of room!

The house was perfect for all of our family! Loved the hot tub and the large dinning room table. Plus everyone had their own space too. Paul was great to work with and very responsive to questions.
