Family home with swimming pool (5m x 3m), barbecue, and garage located near the town center of Mèze, shops (300m), and the two small beaches of the Thau Lagoon (900m). The villa comprises two independent apartments rented together. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 160cm and 2 single beds), a living room, a veranda, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Downstairs: One bedroom (2 single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet. Both apartments are air-conditioned. A large garage provides parking for one vehicle and also offers the possibility of playing ping-pong and... Foosball. An AJAX alarm system will be deactivated upon the guests' arrival and will not be accessible to them. The entire house will be accessible except for certain closets and doors containing personal belongings. Sheets, pillows, and quilted bedspreads are provided, but not bath and hand towels.
