We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The beds were very comfortable and the site was well equipped with anything one might need. There was a minor issue with ants, which we reported. But all in all we would stay here again for sure!
Very tidy and apartment equipped with everything you need. Comfy beds and 2 full bathrooms. Great host and available there when you need him. We appreciated the book that included nearby restaurants and places to visit in the area. We had a great stay! Thank you

Nice quiet private community not far from the lake. Convenient to Canandaigua, Naples and Cheshire. Dining options not far away. The unit is stocked nicely with most anything you need. Cooking utensils, dining accessories and even coffee, spices and more. Onsite assigned private parking. TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Roku and more. Comfortable, convenient and nicely located.

The beds were very comfortable as was the couch in the main living area. I loved the high ceiling open to upstairs workspace. We had a very nice stay even though there were a few issues. The automatic punch key in did not work so I called site manager who promptly answered and directed me to the lock box to access a key to get in.
There was a leak to the upstairs toilet that began before we arrived and caused some damage to the ceiling in the main room downstairs. It had dried up but when I checked upstairs there was still water on the floor behind the toilet so I turned the water to the toilet off and just used the downstairs bathroom the first night. They had already scheduled a plumber to come in the next day so it was fixed by the time we returned to the condo in the evening after our day out. All communications were pleasant and smooth and I am very pleased that the hosts were very accomodating to my request for some compensation for the inconvenience caused by the leak on the first evening. This was a very pleasant stay and I only wish there was more time to explore the Lake and area.
