This 1BD/1BA newly renovated and newly furnished unit is centrally located in the Wedgewood Houston District. Downtown Nashville is only a quick Uber away, with other major attractions easily accessible. Perfect for 1-4 guests, with free parking.

-- The base rate is based on 2 guests. There is an extra fee of $25 per person per night over TWO guests to a maximum of FOUR and this includes children and infants. This pricing allows smaller groups and families to enjoy my home without paying the same price as larger groups.

Perfect stay

The unit was cozy, comfortable, convenient and clean. I loved that this neighborhood was just a quick drive or Uber to anywhere you’d want to go. It was a short walk to the fairgrounds. Just make sure you check your emails as there is a process to checking on. I missed one which caused a delay with my checking in. Also, the bed was really comfortable!

Came specifically for the Nashville SC game and this house was super close. Only downside is the sap that covers your car under the tree. I’d suggest building a simple cover to park under.

Convenient to everything

Cute little place. It’s the back part of a larger house with a cute enclosed patio separating it from the front. Literally minutes from downtown. Relatively quiet neighborhood. We had an issue with no linens for the sleeper sofa and the manager delivered some to us right away.

Wonderful Nashville stay!

This was a perfect apartment for our weekend in Nashville! It was beautiful and spacious, and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and a short drive to downtown. Thanks for a great stay!
