Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps two) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and access to balcony with sea view.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A heated, shared infinity pool, secured by barriers. Open from April to October.
- A 40 m² south-facing balcony, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
