Above and Beyond is a brand-new stilted beach house situated in the Third Coast Landing neighborhood of Port Aransas, adorned with coastal décor carried throughout. The carport and driveway provide ample parking for four vehicles and /or watercraft. This home is conveniently located 0.6 miles to the beach and 0.2 miles to shops, restaurants, nightlife, and 2.7 miles to Palmilla Golf Course.
The ground level offers an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from a day at the beach, multiple shaded tables and chairs under the carport to cool off in the ocean breeze, and a patio area for cooking up the day's catch on the grill or warming up beside the chiminea.
Take in the morning sunrises with your morning coffee in hand from the second-level balcony. The inviting and open concept allows for gathering family and friends and never missing out on the conversations. Congregate in the living room on the couch, which folds out to a sleeper sofa, or matching armchairs to watch a movie. Try out your culinary skills in the full kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, abundant cabinet space, both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for six and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The accommodating laundry room holds a full-size washer, dryer, and vacuum to use during your stay. The first guest room (BR1) consists of a Queen bed, nightstand, chest, closet, luggage rack, and TV. The second guest room (BR2) contains two Twin beds, a nightstand, a chest, a closet, and a TV. These rooms share a hallway bathroom comprised of a granite vanity top and tub/shower unit. The master bedroom (BR3) sits at the end of the hall made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, an armchair, a chest for your beach attire, a TV, both a corner rack for hanging clothes and a luggage rack to rest your suitcase. The house was very clean and had all the essentials you’d need.

We loved how it was on the corner of the street and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The outside area was very enjoyable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again. Great management.

Great place to stay!

Was a great place to stay with my adult children and grandchildren. Location was great and house had everything we needs. I would love to stay again. Only change that would be nice would be corn hole game instead of darts. We had little ones and darts just not safe or fun for them.

Room for our boat!

The house was fantastic! It is very well kept. Very clean and the furniture looks new and very nice! Plenty of room for our boat. This house is added to mine and my fiancés favorites. We will defiantly book this house again.

Yearly Port A vacation

We visit Port A every year and stay at different houses. This home was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the corner lot and the ample parking. House was well stocked for our needs. Liked the location but over the years it seems the drivers in Port A don’t pay attention to traffic laws. Saw several people blow through stop signs. Would definitely stay here again with my family. We rented a cart and it was so close to everything especially the restaurants and grocery store

Nice house in Port A

The house was clean and as portrayed in pictures. All of the beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed the sitting areas under the house. There is plenty of parking and the location is great (close to town and the beach). Being a corner lot close to town there is quite a bit of traffic noise, which would really only be an issue if renting for more than a few days. Only things missing of note is there is no laundry detergent provided with the washing machine (a few pods would have been nice) and there are no hair dryers (we had to go buy one as we have become accustomed to rental homes providing at least one).
