The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, bustling Boothbay Harbor, the Maine State Aquarium, rivers, bays, the open ocean - it's all at your fingertips! With plenty of space for a large family or travel group, this single-level vacation rental features two well-equipped, full kitchens, multiple tables and chairs for mealtimes or game nights, two comfortable living areas, a rear deck, gas grill, and a grassy yard for the kids to run and play in.

After a day spent kayaking or walking one of the many nearby trails or land preserves, you'll have five bedrooms to choose from, all of which include TVs, each in its own corner of the house. Complimentary high-speed internet access is provided as well to assist you in planning your daily excursions and meals out on the town.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

No fans Tiny coffee cups (were they for tea?) Odd furniture placement (dressers in living room and bathroom) Not stocked with anything Dan’s Auto wakes us up with loud music at 7am 4 towels to last 3 people a week without a washer/dryer??? Nope (towels don’t dry in the humidity)

Property not ready when we arrived

The issues started about an hour before arrival. I received an urgent email saying that one of the units was not available for rent . Upon calling the property mgt. they said it was being treated for pests. Totally unacceptable to only send an email last minute to let me know and just before check in. We have 10 others staying and have to make other arrangements.

Smells bad!

The odor was strong and smelled like a combination of mold and pet odor. The carpet was dirty. The AC was a floor unit in the living room and the bedroom doors had to be open and it was a little noisy. It did cool the place. There was exposed plumbing in the bathroom. The beds were okay but the sheet was directly on the mattress with no mattress pad or protection. I won’t even comment on the furnishings. The patio was unusable because the chairs were covered in bird poop. I would not stay again. I have never written a review but thought it might help others. I have stayed in several VRBO rentals and this was the worst. Seriously overpriced.
