Welcome to the THREE PALMS PARADISE -PET FRIENDLY, Vacation Retreat site.

Located in beautiful Indian Pass, which is in the southern part of Cape San Blas, in the unforgettable "Forgotten Coast" area of the Florida Panhandle. Forty-five minutes East of Panama City, 15 minutes from Port St. Joe and 15 minutes west of Apalachicola. This spacious five bedroom, four and a half bathroom, two-story Gulf view home features an in ground pool with fenced backyard.

Four bedrooms feature full bathrooms, three bedrooms have king size beds, the other has 2 twins beds. A special feature of this beautiful home is what we call the "Great Room". This giant room, located on the second-floor will be entered through Custom French doors. There are 2 bunk beds and one trundle bed (where the bed pulls out from the one above.) It will also feature a large screen TV. Bring the whole family because this "Great Room" will allow 14 people to sleep comfortably in 3 Palms. 3 PALMS has central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, disposal, and all the necessary utensils for a fully equipped and modern kitchen. There is a second refrigerator on the ground floor for storing additional food and beverage and quite convenient for getting a refreshment to drink by the pool. The two-story wraparound decks have Gorgeous views of the Gulf with screened in areas, as well as open areas to view the unforgettable sunsets , sunrises, or stars.

The house sits on pilings and at ground level there is covered parking with a protected entrance, a outdoor shower, a screened in fish cleaning room, two barbecue grill,'s (gas and charcoal) and a fenced in yard with pool and fully equipped pool/patio furniture. A Shuffleboard Court and Custom Horse Shoe Pit for your enjoyment are also on the ground level. The first floor consists of a large open living room, dining room, kitchen with island, powder room, and 2 bedrooms with baths. (One King and the other with two twin beds, with private bath and closet). The Kitchen opens up to a Screened in Porch with Dining Table and 6 Chairs The second floor has two bedrooms with full bathrooms and the "Great Room" for the kids.

Because of the unique topographic features of Indian Pass Beach there are many different spots to choose from. You can hang out right next to the water or you can protect yourself in the cooler months between the natural sand dunes. You literally can walk the beach for miles. Indian Pass is one of the more popular bird watching areas in the country. Not to mention the almost daily sightings of dolphins frolicking in the water. Wildlife is abundant here. Old Florida at its best. Bring your boats, wave runner, kayak, sailboat, bikes or rent one. There is a boat launch less than 1 mile away from THREE PALMS COMPOUND at the Indian Pass campground. Here you can also stock up on supplies for fishing or snacking.

St. Vincent is less than a quarter of a mile away by ferry from the http://www.indianpasscamp.com/ Indian Pass Campground. You can rent bikes here, take the ferry across the channel and explore one of the most beautiful nature preserves found anywhere (link enclosed). Of course you can walk all over the island and fish or swim in total seclusion. Cars are not permitted. Speaking of FISHING, Indian Pass has some of the best fishing you'll find anywhere. Indian pass is bordered on the East by Indian Pass Lagoon, a shallow waterbed full of many varieties of fish and home to the famous Indian Pass oyster beds.

The Gulf is on the west side, and I personally have caught eight different kinds of species of fish. At the tip of Indian Pass, by the campground, there is a waterway that comes from the confluence of the Apalachicola River and Bay that goes out to the Gulf. St. Vincent Island is on the other side of this passageway. This is an ideal fishing spot because of the travel patterns of the fish feeding and going out to the Gulf. This is particularly fantastic when the breezes are high out on the gulf. So when you leave the drive way of 3 PALMS you turn right and enter the beach to fish or you could take a left and walk 1/4 mile to the Indian Pass Lagoon and fish, or go to the campground, and fish the protected channel. Indian Pass offers an extremely unique and diversified fishing experience, well suited for the many varieties of fish, in any kind of weather condition.

The screened in fish cleaning room located at ground level is perfect for preparing your freshly caught delicacy. With two stainless steel sinks and cutting board. If and when you get tired of fishing in this wonderful little community you can always pick up a guide and go fishing in St. Joe Bay. Presnell's Harbor is 10 minutes away and they can fix you up with a guide, the equipment, including license, and find some great action in the bay. They will clean your catch as well, 4 hours cost $100, or so.

Want to go deep Sea fishing? See link for some of the greatest deep sea fishing ever. During the season (summer) grab a bucket and go pick scallops yourself. Check out Dead Lakes, check out the Apalachicola River, where 6 rivers come together and create the greatest oyster bed in the world. The Indian Pass compound is a very quiet family oriented, people friendly place. Where you can walk the tiny neighborhood and kids can even ride their bikes. It has a very special ambiance and solitude, amidst a very, very unique opportunity to be one with nature in the Florida Panhandle area. Please click on the link for activities and dining opportunities in the area. A must place to eat is the world famous http://www.indianpassrawbar.com/ Indian Pass Raw Oyster Bar. Located less than a mile from 3 PALMS at C-30 and Indian Pass Road. You can't miss it, is the old dilapidated rundown gas station. Don't be deceived however; they have some of the best and freshest oysters, shrimp, crap and jambalaya you'll ever taste. You can get food to go here as well. In the evening folks hang outside with beverages and listen to some great music and socializing .Got more friends or family coming? Have them camp at the campground or stay at the http://www.turtlebeachinn.com/ Turtle Beach Inn located on Indian Pass Road. A wonderful bed and breakfast right on the gulf. https://www.floridastateparks.org/stjoseph/ St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. is just minutes away and there is a seven mile bike trail from Cape San Blas Road out to the park, which is seven miles long and has Gorgeous Beaches and Sand Dunes

Beautiful Location
This property is in a beautiful location and such a quick walk to the beach. I was concerned about the walk being more than stated but it is , in fact, just across the street and has beautiful gulf views from the balconies. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking my coffee and listening to the waves. Unfortunately we had rain everyday but having the shuffleboard downstairs was a lifesaver. Everyone decided to do competitions and this kept everyone busy for hours. So thankful for this small but thoughtful addition. My only complaints with this property was the kitchen and the back yard. The kitchen states it is ‘well stocked’. I’m assuming that depends on whose idea ‘well stocked’ is. If you want to serve coffee or dinner to everyone in the neighborhood then you have plenty of coffee cups, wine glasses and plates. I intended to cook since there is nowhere really to eat in close proximity for 6 people. I already knew this ahead of time and had planned accordingly. The lack of mixing bowls and sauce pans of a normal size was very annoying. Plenty of skillets but if I wanted to make Mac n cheese and green beans at the same time on the stove then forget it. No mixing bowls for pancakes, etc. The best I can call the kitchen inventory is random. Random items that looked similar to yard sale things that were thrown in. Regarding the backyard, it has been unkempt. The grass/weeds were too tall and no weeding had been done around the fence or edges. There was also trash and debris in the backyard assuming from the prior guests that were not picked up. I would think the cleaning person would look over this area as well. I was originally grateful to have a fenced backyard just for our small dogs but they didn’t want to go back there because of the condition. I am certainly glad we did not have small children that were expected to play back there. I understand that this property is in transition due to a sale but that should not mean that the outside is just left as is for now. We did have electrical and WiFi issues due to a severe storm we had and the property management was very attentive and helpful with these issues and helping to get those resolved. All in all, this is a beautiful property in a wonderful location with accommodations for many people. I would certainly recommend it as long as the backyard was manicured and the kitchen situation remedied.

Spring Break
For spring break this year, me and a bunch of friends decided to go to three palms for the week. Overall we had a great experience in a quiet location. The place has insane balconies that wrap around the house, which were a total hot spot for our group. The beach was secluded and away from the big party areas, which made it super relaxing. The house for the most part was clean and huge for a group of 13. It was really helpful to have bathrooms for each bedroom. The only trouble of having 13 people was not enough hot water for us all, but good thing it has a nice pool to jump into instead. I recommend this place to big groups, it is worth it!

Wonderful Week Away
What an amazing week away! The house was great along with the pool. Beach is only a 60 second walk from the property. Jim and Peter went above and beyond with the whole stay. 2nd time staying at 2 Palms and 3 Palms. 5/5 every time. Highly recommend both locations!
