Large town house (107m2) located 850m from the beaches of the lime kilns and the Rosais.<br>Embellished with a garden with terraces (East and West), and a garage.<br> Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, gas barbecue), overlooking living room (tv, wifi, board games)<br>You will find two bedrooms on the ground floor, including a master suite, and a bedroom upstairs with a mezzanine.<br><br><br>A key box will be at your disposal, the code will be given to you on the day of your arrival. The alarm will be deactivated at the time of your scheduled arrival.

Beautifully presented, light-filled house, with plenty of space for our family of five. Very well-situated to enjoy a few days in St Malo with easy access to the old town, Saint Servain, Dinard and the ferry. We especially enjoyed the outside sitting space and gas BBQ. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. We appreciated being able to use the large garage to park off the road.

Das Haus ist super gelegen zwischen herrlichem Park, nahem Strand und dem historischen Zentrum von Saint-Malo (Fußweg von ca. 40 Min.). Es ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet mehrere Terrassen/Außenbereiche. Zur Zeit hat die Wohnung allerdings nur 1 Toilette, was bei einer Belegung mit 6 Leuten und zu diesem Preis etwas wenig erscheint und für uns den Komfort der Wohnsituation eingeschränkt hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett unkompliziert und antwortet sofort auf Fragen. Auch das Ein- und Auschecken verlief sehr angenehm.
