This modern holiday home offers a plot with a private pool. The upper floor has three large bedrooms and bathrooms and the terrace allows you to relax overlooking the fantastic pool. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and is open to the large dining room. The living room with designer furniture and a large curved TV, offers direct access to the garden and pool area and you can have fun with the whole family playing billiards and table football. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful area in the south of Madrid next to a small forest with a stream where you can go for a walk, do sports or ride a bike. Nearby is the large Xanadu shopping centre with an 18,000 m² ski slope where you can ski and snowboard all year round.
