This modern vacation home offers a property with private pool. The upper floor has three large bedrooms and bathrooms and the terrace allows you to relax overlooking the fantastic pool. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances and open to the large dining room. The living room with designer furniture and a large curved TV, offers direct access to the garden and pool area and you can have a lot of fun with the whole family playing billiards and table soccer, among other things. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful area in the south of Madrid by a small forest with a stream where you can walk, play sports or ride a bike. Nearby is the large Xanadu shopping center with a ski slope of 18,000 m² where you can ski ? and snowboard all year round.
