This bright and completely renovated home outside and inside, from top to bottom and facing where trade winds blow is really a comfortable home to come home toat a very reasonable price ! Walking distance to the beach! Just 15 - 20 min. drive to the famous Ko Olina Resort when there is no traffic. Minutes drive to the Makaha Surfing area where people loves to go for picnic and BBQ Fenced yard for security and has 2 open car carport. Possible reliable car to rent at a reasonable price. Spacious yard but not landscaped; and has a patio that blocks the sun from the dining area.

Why they chose this property

There's hardly any single family home that has almost everything u need! Why? Originally, this home was intended to construct to sell, however, there is a change of plan from the owners and decided to explore in just renting it out for now. W/ lots of time and effort, it was beautifully staged, therefore, the furnishings are already in, ready for you to dive in! With almost $13,000 worth of split ac to make u comfortable, u will hardly hear the roosters noise early in the morning. Ideal for family on extended vacation or people that are assigned here temporarily for work. It is like vacationing coz the beautiful beach is close to enjoy your morning, as u sigh admiring God's creation! The beautiful sunset will take your breath away. Nice neighbor on the left when facing house is Bill who has a big boat beside his house; and on the right is a tenant, Todd and his family, nice people but has too many cars that makes the place kind of crowded (just being honest, so u know) but they are friendly and helpful!
Again, a possible shiny, cool and clean beige Lexus ES 300 at a great price to help me pay for registration, insurance and maintenance. Of course, if after u drive for a week and not happy, u can return and get your own!
