THis place was nice and spacious. Perfect to spend a few days with family. The only downside was the road where it is located which is very busy.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Home was very clean, as advertised & check in /out was seamless. The area sure seemed safe & the neighbors on both sides of the house were friendly. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay there again.

Dayton 2023 Bike week

The location was great for what we all did. Safe neighborhood as we had motorcycles that no one messed with. If we had any concerns or questions the customer service was great. We would stay again.

Owner answers within minutes should you have a problem. We had an issue with a foul smell in the house. Owner had exterminator there first thing Monday morning. Could not find any dead critters, which is what it smelled like, but said the cause was from next door neighbors garbage can. Owner did offer to move us to another location to resolve the problem. Did not like the glue board rodent trap in kitchen, and bait boxes around the property. Couldn't get 2 of 3 TV's working, no cable, just Sling TV. House is older and on a very busy street. Traffic 24 hrs a day and for some reason people in Florida don't like mufflers on the cars. Lots of room, you could squeeze a lot of people in there. All in all, it was OK. For the money you can find nicer places.

Excellent host and great property

We were in town for bike week in Daytona . It was about a 30 minute ride to the bike festivities (not bad , all freeway ) we met the owners and they were very nice people . I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay . We had our bikes out under the car port for 5 days and they were not messed with so I would say the neighborhood was not a bad neighborhood . It was minutes away from all food and a Walmart . The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean and tidy . The price was very good and with in our price range so I would definitely recommend this property and the owners to anyone .

Hi, We are the Finch family. We are so happy you have chosen to stay with us! We know that you can choose anywhere. We pride ourselves on making sure we have a desk/office area in each of our units, for those remote workers, as well as all the conveniences that make your stay more pleasant such as keurig coffee pots, high speed internet, smart tv's, and full kitchen set ups for hosting meals or staying in and eating healthy.
We had to travel a lot for work and would rather not eat out but eat in after long days, or have the potential to pack a lunch and have better food choices. We also just wanted to feel more at home than in a cramped hotel room. We enjoyed blessing small business owners instead of corporate hotel owners as well. We have many beautiful hikes around our units and fantastic restaurants. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
We hope you have an amazing stay!
