Had a great stay! The house was in a perfect location and had plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 high school kids. The main reason we booked this location was to visit Stetson University. We were close to beaches, shopping and Orlando. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

This is a lovely property - nicely decorated and comfortable. The spacious patio and pool area were our favorite. It was a perfect location to visit with our family in the area and still have a space of our own. Thank you!

We spent 5 days alternating between the house/area and Disney. House+area was awesome, old Florida vibe and kids loved the pool and living areas.

Just what we needed.

We were looking for relaxation away from our daily grind and I needed a beautiful spot to watch a virtual training in warm weather. This was spacious, and had a beautiful veranda and pool area. Perfect for a girls trip or a family looking to have some space. We walked the neighborhood and nature preserve nearby. An easy 30 minutes to Daytona Beach and the airport.

The pool is not heated so it was too cold to swim. I was able to hang out in it for about 5 minutes before I couldn't take it much longer. I didn't have the door code when first arrived and it took a little bit to get that door code number. The house was clean but not perfect.. but for what I wanted that weekend, it was a great house and a great location.

Visit with great grandma

This well equipped ranch house with a delightful pool was perfect for combining four generations for a brief visit. We had a very nice experience. Owner was completely candid about the non functional ice maker which we appreciated because buying a bag of ice was no big deal. Neighborhood was quiet and backyard landscaping was scenic. Arrival and departure procedures were clear and reasonable.

We truly enjoyed the home and had a wonderful visit. The location was quick to get everywhere we needed. 20 minutes to boombah baseball park, 40 minutes to universal studios, 35/40 minutes to Daytona beach. Quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed and was clean! Booking contacts were very responsive and helpful with questions. Has a kurig machine for coffee. Plenty of room for our 6 and my kids enjoyed the pool so much… very refreshing in the evenings! Minutes from food and shopping, Walmart and Publix within 5 minutes.

This home was beautiful and setup just right OTHER then the pool was NOT heated,!so we were not able to use it. We had small children ( 2 and 8 years) would have been great to have a mop and bucket left there for small messes to clean up. Disappointed

Upon arrival it was not a good start with the grass being over a foot tall. Then entering it had such a bad smell almost had to leave right away. After multiple cans of aerosol it still didn't cover it up. Personal items left in cabinets and refrigerator. Only 2 plates...how do you feed a family of 5? Couldn't use ice maker or water on refrigerator...filter expired and ice maker broken. The list goes on. Very disappointed only good thing was the house was clean i.e. bathrooms and floors. Beds were comfortable.

Cathy, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. - We apologize for the condition of the yard. We spoke with the lawn service, and with the storms and rain we have had in our area it's very hard to maintain the yard before our guests arrive. - We are shocked to hear about the odor that you are referring to. Our previous guests commented on how nice and clean the home looks and smells. We are not aware of any odor. - The personal items in the refrigerator are condiments which are left for the convenience of our guests. They are available for your use should you choose to do so. if not you can purchase new ones for yourselves. - There is a table service for six in the home. Most guests choose to buy paper plates so they don't have to do dishes while they are on vacation. - We apologize that the water filter was expired, if you had let us know while you were at the property we would have been happy to change it for you. - Our cleaning team works very hard to provide our guests with a clean and comfortable home to stay in. We are human and sometimes things may have been overlooked. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for those 5-star experiences we know we can deliver.

Bike week

The house was clean wish is very important and a plus, we also picked this location for the garage. Some friends and I were down for Bike week, total of six motorcycles. Upon our arrival after looking around the house, we noticed a lock and note on internal entry to the garage. Stating garage was not for guess usage. That was disturbing to us. I personally made a call to John which isn’t the owner, stating that the owner had a nonfunctional vehicle in the garage, that was being repaired. During or stay the next day a friend looked in the garage from a exterior door window, noticing that there wasn’t a vehicle in the garage. There were some storage boxes a-line on the side of the wall, but definitely room to fit our Motorcycles. We made the best of the trip, but listing didn’t state that the garage was not included. Once again that was a deciding factor in choosing this location.

It’s was nice

It’s looks pretty much like the listing very clean. Nice size very spacious. Thee only things the pool was FREEZING COLD no way to warm it up not even when the sun was out. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay.
