A stunning home, Sun Of A Beach is in the family-friendly community of Old Florida Cottages, just a short, easy walk to the beach, with no major roads to cross.

The cottages wrap around a large seasonally heated community pool! Take advantage of the grilling area with a covered pavilion.

With accommodations for 10, the bedrooms in the modern, renovated home all have Amazon TVs and outdoor balconies. The primary suite, king, with a walk-in shower and double vanity, is on the first floor, as is a guest room, queen, with a full bathroom.

The bright and inviting second floor dining and living area includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The living room has a 55” TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Just off the kitchen, a guest room with a charming pair of twin over queen bunks.

But the hero of the second floor? Or perhaps the entire house? The balcony is more like a wraparound porch, with incredible views of the gulf. Enjoy!

Great family vacation

We were very happy with our stay at this property! Home was very clean, well stocked with towels and had a very nice beachy decor throughout! Close to beach access and walking/biking distance to lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with charming beach homes. I would not hesitate to book this house again!

BEST HOUSE YET (22 years going to 30a)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This LOCATION, this HOUSE, this MANAGEMENT COMPANY is the very best we have had going to 30a for 22+ years, and twice a year! We will definitely rent again.

Great Location. Neighborhood Needs Some Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never stayed on the west End of 30A looking for more quiet experience and that we did! Close to Gulf Place with many restaurants .But, the Master bathroom floors are buckled under the LVP hurting your feet and making it hard to open the closet. Parking is limited to 2 cars with little room for golf cart. Exterior needs Painting/Pressure Washing.
