MOLIETS PLAGE, terraced house under the pine forest of the Landes, in a residence with swimming pool (open from the end of June), ideally located near the golf, the ocean and its surf and swimming activities, the bike path and the Huchet current. For beautiful walks under the pine forest and to enjoy your nature holiday.
Compositio: Large living room with well equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, mini oven, washing machine...), a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, bathroom with shower and toilet. Veranda. Capacity: 4 people. 1 parking space in front of the house.
A contribution to charges of 25€ per week will be requested between mid OCTOBER et mid MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 90€).
