A small dining area has a table with 2 chairs that can also be pulled out and 2 chairs added to seat 4. The nicely decorated living room has a sofa, 55'' flat-screen TV and ceiling fan.
The balcony offers seating with a view of the beach and the front door overlooks the pool which is heated in colder weather. WIFI on site. Come rest, relax, recharge and enjoy 'Island Time' in Galveston.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, a small closet with an ironing board, a 19'' flat-screen TV and a ceiling fan. The living area also has a queen-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and the alcove area has two junior size bunks (ideal size for children).
CASA DEL MAR CONDOS Casa del Mar Galveston offers two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin-operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.
Please note: Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee. Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles, and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservations of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days. This property had extremely loud upstairs neighbors every day from 6:45 am until after 10 pm. Bedroom of the property is closest to the front door and the pool, so it was noisy during the day as well. The location is very convenient and close to the beach, shopping and fast food, but traffic gets very congested and can make it hard to get in and out of. Had to make multiple requests to get maintenance on clogged bathroom sink which wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Wi-fi was slow. Overall, the staff was nice and friendly and this property was in a great location.
