I am an owner of two apartments in a family house in Bol which have been refurbished for renting during summer. We have just listed our apartments for renting and are motivated to offer maximum comfort to our guests. We stay in Bol during July and August and are available for any advice or help. We are away in June and September but are available online and will arrange a family member to meet you and help if necessary.

Why they chose this property

Bol is a beautiful small town on the south side of the island of Brač. It is famous for its wine Plavac and olive oil and one of the most famous beaches in the world - the Golden Horn Beach; a 500-meter long pebbled beach naturally shaded by a small pine grove. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a family house. It has a private entrance. It is located in the vicinity of the centre, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket is just 120 metres away, the centre with restaurants, the church, post office and cafes only 200 metres away. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away, and the Golden Horn Beach a 25-minute pleasant walk through a shaded stone-paved promenade.

What makes this property unique

The apartment offers a peaceful stay and possibility for rest after a busy day on the beach or one of the sports available in Bol (snorkelling, scuba-diving, waterskiing, surfing, etc.). The location is perfect, because it is only 5 minutes away form the centre and the nearest beach, but in a quiet neighbourhood. It has two spacious rooms, a kitchen, dining, room, completely refurbished bathroom and a loggia that gives a spectacular view of the sea.
