Cooperstown Baseball Trip

I was not able to make the trip at the last minute but my family went. They said the house was great and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and getting to and from the park each day was quick and easy. Communication with the owner was always quick and very nice. Highly recommended for anyone headed to Cooperstown Dream Park. Thank you again.

Fantastic

Great place. As we drove onto the property we were greeted by 5 deer and 4 turkeys. Great view of the countryside. House was better than expected. Best place we rented so far. Highly recommended.

Great stay for baseball tournament

The property is 20ish minutes from Dreams Park so an easy ride there. Spacious and clean and worked well for my family. I would definitely recommend this property.

Quiet stay in the beautiful countryside

This guesthouse worked out perfectly for us while my son played in his tournament. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the ball fields, so we had no issues going back to the house in between games. The kitchen was great for preparing and eating our meals while we were at the house. My younger kids loved running around in the spacious front yard when we had a little downtime. And Jennifer’s response time to my questions was incredibly fast each time. We’ll definitely consider staying here when we come back in a couple of years with my younger son’s team.

We have operated our guest house for the past 13 years. Apple Ridge has been a favorite vacation rental for families traveling to nearby Cooperstown to experience the Dreamspark.

New for our 2024 rental season!! We have made some exciting updates to the kitchen, installing new countertops, sink and faucet. We have also installed new flooring in the entryway room.
