The house totally fit our needs and was in a beautiful location. Plus, if you are spending your days at the Cooperstown Dream Park, it is a quick and easy drive. Also, we saw all sorts of wildlife moving through the meadow on our four days there.
This property is very well maintained with a beautiful view and lots of space for a family. Jennifer and her husband are personable, respond quickly to questions and are attentive. Great location close to cooperstown but far enough away to enjoy the quietness of the country. Little details right down to some outdoor toys my grandson loved were a wonderful surprise! Would highly recommend!
This was the perfect spot for our visit to Dreams Park! Beautiful home, scenery, and had everything we needed and more! It's about 12 miles from Dreams Park, so not a bad drive at all! Definitely a great stay and would return!
This home was a great location to visit Cooperstown. About 12 minutes to drive to the HOF museum. It was clean and comfortable. Loved seeing the turkeys roaming around the property.
My husband & I stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The owners are great, and communication was easy. Plenty of space inside & outside. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again if in the area!
We had a great trip to Cooperstown. If your tournament is in Oneonta, this place is about 30 min from park. It is closer to Cooperstown. The main area does not have AC though the bedrooms each do. This limited our ability to hang out together without being quite warm. This is a country house so expect some bugs, ants. The water pressure was a bit weak in the kitchen but the showers were fine. The kitchen is well stocked and the laundry facilities were great.
House was nice needs grab bars coming out of tub and shower bathroom. Hooks for towels . Glimmerglass park was a little far for our stay house was very comfortable and mattress was very good .
Stayed here during Induction Weekend 2025. Immaculate and comfortable house, an easy fifteen minute drive from Cooperstown. We very much appreciated the fresh eggs and access to folding chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. This was the perfect home base for our visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame!
We were very happy with our stay during our son’s Cooperstown baseball experience. If we ever get the chance to go back, we would absolutely stay here again!
We came for our son to play at Cooperstown dreams park. This was the perfect location. The house was clean and well stocked. The outside area is beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Since we had a very full schedule, we weren’t able to be in the house for very many waking hours. But when we were, it is everything and more described. Our late arrival (after dark) still had the door unlocked and ready for us. We walked in to a very clean and welcoming home. The check in and check out were clear.
Bedrooms were perfect. Each room with its own cooling unit and everything we needed.
Many friends stayed further out from Cooperstown so we were more than happy to make our short drive into town.
If this is your first time to a HOF induction , you will be thrilled to stay here.
We sure were!
Jennifer is wonderful! The house has anythimg you could possibly need. The location is about 15-20 minutes from dream park depending on how comfortable you are on mountain roads. If we're wver in Cooperstown again i would definitely stay again.

I was here for my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park and we had a great time. We ended up winning the whole tournament, our team was Lion Mode, so you can imagine my kid was super excited. The property has plenty of space, 3 nice rooms with a king bed, 2 twins, and a queen bed. The kitchen has everything you need and all works. The view around the property is beautiful and relaxing but we couldn't enjoy it because of the games. The property is at a 19 mins drive to the Dreams Park and a 10 mins drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame. We didn't have any problems driving back and forth from the park while enjoying the views. Our party was of 5 people and we all fitted comfortably in the house, the two bathrooms were a plus. The only issue that we had was the internet, super slow on the mountain but we used our carrier T-Mobile, and made it happen through the week. Communication with the owners was excellent.
Beautiful house just like the pictures.. Our stay at this house was amazing, the host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Great communication too.
I was not able to make the trip at the last minute but my family went. They said the house was great and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and getting to and from the park each day was quick and easy. Communication with the owner was always quick and very nice.
Highly recommended for anyone headed to Cooperstown Dream Park.
Thank you again.
