When your neighbor is the White Mountain National Forest! We are the last house on Bear Notch Road, right next to the gates of the White Mountain National Forest perfect for fall foliage and many hiking trails. In the winter, the road gate is closed. and you will have direct access to over 50 miles of snowmobile trails. Northern Extremes Snowmobile Rentals is right down the street.
Attitash is a 5-minute drive.
Bretton Woods is a 20 minute drive
Storyland is a 15 minute drive
Santas Village is a 40 minute drive
Kancamangus Highway is a 18 minute drive
North Conway shops is a 18 minute drive

We had a fantastic stay! There is plenty of room, and the house was updated and immaculate. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. With 4 large bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had their own space. The game room in allowed for the kids to play while adults hung out upstairs. The home was well stocked with everything you need. We skied at Black Mountain which was an easy ride and the home is very close to Attitash. The communication with the owner was excellent. They went above and beyond when we left 2 items behind. They offered to ship or arrange pick up with the cleaning staff. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others for a ski weekend away!

This property was great for three families with young kids going to Storyland! Each bedroom has a bathroom, making it easy for each family. We weren't in the house most of the day (sight-seeing) but we were able to relax in the living room and hang out just adults and be loud - because all the kids were in a bedroom on a separate floor. Worked out great! Would stay again!

Great return trip

This is our second time staying at this property during February break. It's great - clean, well equipped and spacious with bathrooms in every bedroom. The location is also excellent as it is close to many ski mountains - especially Attitash. We'd love to return for a third trip.

Great location, convient to Kancamangus and hiking trails. We had eight adults and loved the large farm table for meals and game time.

Great family house

Great house for a large group or family. The bedrooms are very large. Location is especially convenient for Kancamagus Highway hiking. All new appliances. Host was very responsive.

Absolutely perfect stay in Bartlett. We were 3 families and this house was incredible!!! We made friends with Eddie, the black cat next door, who greeted us upon arrival and visited us each day we were there. Ample towels and blankets. Beds varied in comfort but none were horrible. A few of them very creaky and a few with plastic mattress covers that were a bit stuffy. The kitchen is beautiful and has ALL the necessities you’d ever need to cook full meals. It would even be perfect to rent around the holidays. There is so much space for a beautiful Thanksgiving or Christmas Family celebration. They even have cookie cutters for some homemade cookies. There are a lot of games and other things for kids. Additionally - there were a few coolers for packed lunches if around during the summer - would be great to leave in the car on a day of hiking to keep food/drinks cold. They really thought of it all here! All and all we had the most charming stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Great house

We had a great stay. The house is very spacious and clean. Had plenty of space for many 8 adults and 4 kids. The kids were able to play in their own space. The house is in a great location to access Attitash and Conway. House had everything we needed to take care of our family as if it were our own home. Great kitchen space and new appliance. We have a great time, very responsible host. Strongly recommended.

Awesome home, beautiful scenery

The house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached. This was the perfect home for my getaway with two other families that all have kids 4 and under. The way it's setup, no family had to wake each other up. It was great. The home is a gem amidst a beautiful area with great nature. The home is close enough to civilization that you can get to most amenities within 10 min. It's next to the white mountains with amazing views hiking nearby.
