Family home in Ashton Place in Lely Golf Resort, Naples. Walking distance (six blocks) from the Players Club and Spa. Three golf courses within the Resort. Sidewalks throughout the Community. Pool Area has southwest exposure. Comfortable furniture and stainless steel appliances throughout.

Minimum monthly rental

Kitchen: fully equipped (toaster, griddle, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes)with granite counter tops. Kitchen and dinette open to family room.

Family room: Vaulted ceiling, coach, love seats and two chairs and LCD/HD TV with blu ray DVD player and stereo. Opens up to lanai and heated pool.

Lanai/pool: Relaxing patio furniture, gas grill, spa and pool which overlooks the lake. Towels for bathrooms and pool are provided.

Sleeping accommodations: All bedrooms include ceiling fans, nightstands, dressers and beds.

Master suite: King sized bed and LCD/HD TV. Master bath includes two walk-in closets, Jacuzzi tub, two granite top sinks and ceramic tiled shower and floor.

Guest bedroom #1: Queen bed, LCD/HD TV, walk-in closet, dresser and night stands.



Guest bedroom #2: Two twin beds, closet, chest and night stand.

Den: Couch and desk.

Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer. Iron and Ironing Board.

Player's Club and Spa, an exclusive club within Lely, is available to renters. The Club's activities include: a fitness center, spa, tennis courts, basketball court, sauna, restaurant, large pool (includes lap pool), tiki bar, gated kids pool area and more. playersclubandspa

A dream vacation home

Our family of 5 stayed at this beautiful home and found it even better than we could have ever imagined! The home is immaculate and we immediately felt right at home. They have everything that you need from cookware, beach toys, towels, umbrella to the relaxing pool area and grill. Our 3 kids ages 9, 11 and 14 enjoyed having the pool right outside the back door! The surrounding area is equally beautiful and we felt very comfortable walking around the neighborhood. The resort pool and amenities are an added bonus and a short drive or walk away. The owners were so very easy to work with, very responsive and gave lots of great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and places to visit. We highly recommend this vacation paradise and can't wait to go back!

Wonderful house with everything!

We have stayed at this house two times and both times everything was wonderful. The house is stocked with everything you need from bikes, pool toys, beach towels, etc to have the perfect vacation. Very roomy, tastefully decorated and cozy. The owners are attentive if you need them and have a beautiful house. Highly recommend!

Winters in Lely

My husband and I have stayed at this beautiful home for the last 2 winters. We rent different homes every year and this one has been the best. The view from the lanai is very peaceful and private, looking over a large pond. Best of all it faces south west. The sun is on the pool all day and the sun sets are breathtaking. The home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is equipped with all sorts of items, beach chairs, pool floats, bikes and 3 TV's. Lely has just remodeled the club house. Fantastic gym for those who work out. Finally the owners are very attentive to the needs of the tenants.
